Delete Your Data
In short: Word Connect has no accounts, and your game progress is stored on your device. You can delete it yourself, ask for your analytics data to be deleted in the game's Settings, or email us to delete anything else we hold about you.
Request deletion
Email graftonpixelstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Word Connect data deletion". We will delete the information we hold about you and reply to confirm. Analytics data is not linked to your name or email, so we cannot find it from an email: delete it in the game, as below.
Delete it yourself
- Game progress (levels, coins and other items, settings): uninstall the game or clear its app data in your device settings.
- Analytics data: on the game's main menu, open Settings and tap Delete my analytics data. The game asks Unity Analytics to delete what it collected from this installation, and turns analytics off. The request is sent from the game, so do this before uninstalling it, while connected to the internet.
- Advertising ID: reset or turn off ad tracking in your device's privacy or ads settings.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: the information we hold about you, such as your emails with us.
- Kept: purchase records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their own policies.
- Advertising partners handle the data they collect under their own policies; see the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
